Review: Sesame Place

Crowded, long lines, miserable kids and disappointed parents.
That pretty much sums it up on my very first highly anticipated visit to see Elmo, Ernie and friends at Sesame Place. From the moment we arrived, we were waiting in line to park which costs daddy $13 as if charging $44.50 plus tax is not ridiculous enough. There was another long line to buy tickets but luckily daddy was smart and got e-tickets and we blasted through the entrance gates. To my dismay, there were no characters in sight (where's Elmo???) except for those silly unfriendly and not so helpful teenies. I didn't measure up to get on most of the rides and those I was able to, the lines were insufferably long. I was crying, kicking and hated every moment of it. My daddy told me that good things are worth the wait - he's such a liar! The rides were no better than the ones from the local carnivals and mum said we would've had extra money to buy me lots of ice cream! Mum is always very wise when it comes to money matters.
Despite the long stressful day, I did see my first fireworks and it was breathtaking, majestic and spine tingling. I was completely in awe and it was a good way to end a woeful day in a high note. Daddy said the July 4th fireworks is 100 times more awesome so I'm really looking forward to that.
That's weird... Elmo was working at INCREDI that day... Right?! lol
You guys are such a cute family =D
Good luck & God Bless!
